When do you deliver?

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

 

We can also arrange a special flower delivery for Sunday if needed. For a Sunday delivery, just contact our team at hello@flowersfirst.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

How much is shipping?

We offer a simple flat rate delivery fee dependent on your delivery location.

  • UK: £6.69 (including VAT)
  • Europe: £12.69
  • Rest of the world: £19.99

 

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery times are:

  • UK: 3-5 days
  • Europe: 5-7 days
  • Rest of the world: 7-9 days

Delivery times listed refer to working days, and do not include public holidays.

If you need your flowers to arrive at their location on a specific date, just email us at hello@flowersfirst.com so that we can arrange this for you.

 

Where do you deliver to?

Wherever your flowers need to get to, we can deliver them! We deliver flowers to most countries around the world.

How do I send a card with a gift?

We can take care of that!

A complimentary gift card is included with every order of flowers.

Adding your personalised message is easy. Just fill out the gift message section on the cart page, and we’ll include it with your delivery.

 

 Can you deliver on a specific date?

Yes, of course!

 

If you’re ordering flowers for a special event and want to make sure they arrive on a specific date, just email us at hello@flowersfirst.com and we’ll be happy to arrange this for you.

 

Do you include a receipt with the delivery?

No! Don’t worry - we understand that most flowers are being sent as gifts, so we never include invoicing information.

 

What if the recipient isn’t home for the flower delivery?

Our drivers do their best to make sure the flowers are received on the day you expect them to be delivered.

If it’s safe to do so, they will leave the flowers with reception or a neighbour. Otherwise, they’ll make another delivery attempt later on the same day.

Just a friendly reminder to double check the delivery information and phone number for your order, as this is the most common reason for delivery disappointment.

 

What’s your returns policy?

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your flowers, so we do our best to make it easy for you to select an arrangement that you’ll love. 

Unfortunately, the custom nature of the arrangement means we are unable to accept returns, so please be sure to contact us before ordering if there’s anything you’re unsure about.
